You design systems that use language models to solve a specific business problem: document extraction, internal assistance, request qualification. Your work starts with defining the evaluation set, not with picking a model.

What we look for

  • Experience shipping at least one LLM-based system to production.
  • Strong Python, comfortable with PHP or willing to learn it.
  • A culture of quantitative evaluation: you measure before you claim.
  • Understanding of cost-per-request and latency trade-offs.

What we offer

  • Up to three remote days a week.
