Conditions
What we actually offer
Real remote work
Two days on site per week at most, and nobody counts hours of presence.
Budgeted training
€2,000 and five days a year per person, spent freely: conferences, courses, certifications.
Hardware you choose
You pick your machine and peripherals. Renewed every three years.
Engineering time
10 % of your time on technical debt, internal tooling and open source.
Transparent pay
A public salary grid by level, with an annual review against written criteria.
No forced on-call
On-call is voluntary, scheduled and paid. Nobody is called on a Sunday by default.
Culture
How we work day to day
-
Code review is a conversation
We comment on the code, never the person. Disagreements are settled with a prototype, not with seniority.
-
Write before you code
Every structural decision starts with a one-page note. It saves three weeks of building in the wrong direction.
-
The right to say no
Declining a poorly scoped client request is part of the job. Nobody is penalised for raising a flag too early.
-
Few meetings
One weekly team check-in, one sprint review. The rest is asynchronous and written.
